To address this, it is essential to optimize the pre-treatment process (such as adding plasma cleaning), select specialized coatings based on the substrate, and strictly follow the curing process standards.

Answer: High-quality sustainable materials (such as PCR recycled plastics with a high proportion and bio-based materials) can have performance comparable to virgin materials after technical optimization, without affecting the sealing and corrosion resistance of packaging. However, the initial procurement cost may be 5% to 15% higher than that of traditional materials. Methods to balance environmental protection and economy: Prioritize the use of recycled materials in outer packaging that does not come into contact with the contents (such as paper boxes and handbags); adopt modular design to make packaging components reusable (such as the handle of a makeup brush that can replace the inner core); reduce the unit cost of sustainable materials through large-scale procurement; use environmental attributes as a brand value-added point and cover costs through product premium. As technology matures and the supply chain improves, the cost advantage of sustainable packaging will gradually emerge.
